Order Cancellation

• Cancellations are not permitted once the order has been placed.
• Please ensure all details, including shipping address and item selection, are accurate before completing your purchase.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or order errors.
• A refund will only be processed if:
  The product is out of stock.
  The item is undeliverable due to courier restrictions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• In rare cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect, please: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• Provide an unboxing video and clear images for verification.
  
  If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued within 7 business days.
